Authority without noise.

Across defense, technology, and social impact, one operating principle has held: build things that matter, and build them with intention. As an AI innovator, nonprofit leader, and serial founder, Jon Leinen has closed deals from $20M to $500M, turned around struggling organizations, and navigated the corridors of national security — all while asking the same question: who gets left out if we don't get this right?

The work is measured by outcomes, not tenure.

As Founder and President of GOIAST8, Jon leads AI-driven satellite imaging solutions for government intelligence agencies — work that demands precision, discretion, and the courage to operate where the stakes are absolute. As Board President & CEO of Wevise, he's building the opposite of gatekeeping: a free, on-demand mentorship platform that connects aspiring tech professionals with practitioners who've already walked the road.

Spirited Licks is the consumer brand experiment: a niche creative idea turned into a product and content business. Co-founded with a retired General Mills food scientist and registered dietitian, it ships a new recipe every week, runs a direct-to-audience funnel, and has grown from one experiment to a 50+ product catalog.

Ghost Signal ties it together. A framework for leading with moral courage, building relationships that outlast transactions, and moving with enough quiet authority that you never have to announce yourself twice. Less broadcast. More frequency. Signal over noise.
